The main question is how long is your normal cycle? If you normally have a 4 week cycle, then taking the test tomorrow morning would be fine because it is 2 days past when you should have started your period. However, if your normal cycle is longer than 4 weeks, it would be too early to tell.

The pregnancy tests read the level of a hormone released when you are pregnant. The level is really low and difficult for the tests to read in the very early days. Only a blood test is accurate enough for that. However, once the fetus starts to grow, more of the hormone is released and you get a clear result on the pregnancy tests you can buy in the store.
