can I solve this problems using the L Hopitals rule?

2. (cos(1/t))^2 as t approaches infinity?

1. cos (1/z) as z approaches 0 from the right
this limit does not converge, since cos(1/z) oscilates from 1 to -1 as 1/z->infinity.
2. (cos(1/t))^2 as t approaches infinity?
this limit is equal to 1, since 1/t->0 if t->infinit
