I have had an estimate for supplying gas central heating to my 3 bedroom house which has never had gas - includes everything, combi-boiler, electrics, gas and water pipes and radiators with thermostats and also ripping out the old electric storage heating system. Estimate is £2500 - £3000 but this could vary in different areas. I have an extra charge for getting gas to the house. My house has standard ceilings, if your are the old high ceilings then a bigger boiler would be needed but shouldnt add too much to the price. Guy is a registered Corgi fitter. Uses Worsester (not sure on spelling) boilers, which I have heard good things about. Guy says he is not the cheapest but not dearest either. Good luck

I have recently had a new combi/condenser boiler fitted. I had solid fuel central heating before so i needed the parkray ripping out the chimney capping, the hole bricked and plastered all new radiators downstairs and my electrics doing and it cost me £1700. with a corgi registered plumber. Id prob expect a little more for yours if u need new piework etc id expect about £2500 - £3000

it depends on lots of different things such as what system you have, how big the house is, whare you live, the company you use etc. for a bog standard you are looking at no less than £3000 the average is about £5000 and if ya posh/rich spend as much as you like!
