Do Virgo/ Virgo relationships work out??

Me and My boyfriend are Virgos, we've been going out for 4 years and I'm wondering when he's going to propose?? He keeps dragging his feet and I'm wondering is he going to pop the question soon?? and will we work out?? I was born August 27th 1985 and he was born Sept 12 1984 if that helps, Thanks!
