My son and five of his friends are turning 30 this year and having a big party. My son wants his family and friends to be there when he proposes marriage to "the one". He wants to do it in a unique way. I cannot for the life of me come up with any suggestions. Can anyone help????

Him and his friends could all get together before hand and make some sort of DVD and give it to her as a present...then make her watch it! They could do a skit or something and then at the end, he could face the camera, get down on his knee. Then really be on his knee beside her with the ring!

Wow...personally, I wouldn't want to be proposed to in front of a bunch of people (I also hate having "happy birthday" sang to me at restaurants, and I don't really know anyone who actually enjoys that). I think that it puts a lot of pressure and stress on a girl. I would suggest that he take her somewhere romantic, like the beach, or a beautiful park, earlier in the day, propose and then announce it to all of his friends and family at the party.

Gather every one around for a game of charades and have him act out the proposal. That could be very cute!
