Talk to HR. They will probably ask you if you could wait until next paycheck. However if you cannot wait, ask them to cut you a manual check. Its common practice, so there should not be a problem.

You can request they cut you a check since it's a signifigant amount of money you're missing... However you can't force them to if they tell you they only cut checks on certain days or are unable to cut a check until the next pay period. If you work a long way from the companies headquarters I would request that they overnight the check to you... best wishes.

You need to contact whom ever does your payroll. Be upfront but nice about it, if you go into the conversation letting them know that you are dependant on this money to get your through to the next check they should be able to get you a check that day or next. If you go in shy and asking for options, or are rude, they might not be as willing to work with you and might tell you that you have to wait.

Depends on the employer. In my job if is a couple of hours they pay you on the next check, but if is 12 and I imagine is overtime, they will cut a check

Based on my experience, YOU HAVE TO have them cut you a check ASAP. Bring it to their attention, it's their responsibility to you as an employee to pay you and correct any discrepancies on your paycheck.

Yes you can. But they will documant it as an agressive employee, and so you start a paper trail for them to use against you.
