Im not siding with either they are both i the wrong but there are two kids. Do you expect me to let her move in and bring her friend i think you are wrong for even suggesting it. She may stay here i will get her an attoreny but i wont condone adultry.He did not sleep with anyone yes he was wrong for the computer but he did not s;eep with anyone so i geuss my morels and the ten comandments are wrong when it says tough shall not commit adlutry,

i think its wrong to side with your son in law. you should stand by your daughter. even though she is very wrong. her cousins husband. nice! if she commited adultery and her husband is going to bring it up in court, she should have an attorney. if they have nothing to fight over, then she doesnt need an attorney.

You need to take a step back and stay out of it. It's a no-win situation for you. Support your daughter in whatever way you can. And any time there is a divorce, there should be a lawyer. good luck to you.

Your daughter is a big girl now. She literally made her bed and now needs to lie in it. I'd say keep out of her business unless she asks you directly for advice. Tell her that you are not taking sides but that she needs to figure this one out on her own.

Stand by your daughter, not matter who you think is right. She is your family. It may be hard, but that is the right thing to do.

stay out of it...that's your daughter...you had her ...but that doesn't mean you agree with what she is doing....just respect her..tell her that she is wrong for being with cousin-in law....
