Without a doubt David Caruso. I liked him in NYPD Blue and I like CSI:Miami, but it's as if he has lost all acting ability. The fewer scenes he is in, the better the show is.

Well Kevin Federline did just come out on CSI and he also is coming out on my favorite show "Entourage" but he isn't starring.
Other than that I would say Jim Belushi in "According to Jim" I hate that show so much!
