I took a look at your site. You are using these terms for your keywords, "Impressions Salon, Salons, Salons in Colorado Springs". This is what the Search Engines will think your site is about. But you have not proven these claims with any text that supports the keywords so for now they are ignoring you.
You can learn about SEO by reading around the Internet for a few months to learn the techniques. Or you can pay for some advice to get you started.

you can admit your website on google and other search engines for free.
And be sure the word salon ect is on your site, several times is better.
