can you ell me what are the best tools for password recovery, file recovery and other things like diagnostics etc. I want to start offering people my services localy as an ICT Repair guy and already am employed as such, I just want to branch out and offer better services. This is a legit thing so please only give sensible answers.

Winternals is a great set of tools. I also use the freeware utilites available at sysinternals.com. Lost passwords are best left lost. Reset them and move on.
