Taking an online class has many benefits such as studying on your own time, not having to sit through long, boring lectures, however, they can be much more challenging. You basically have to teach yourself the material and that can be difficult. You have a professor, but it is hard to get adequate answers to your questions because of the distance. I have taken several online courses and I enjoy them, but I have noticed it requires much more disciplne.

To be honest the only way i would take online classes is if i was a celeberty. Im only 15 but im home schooled on the computer and i hate it.

I think that one of the advantages of taking a class online is that you can take them when you have time. Maybe you have a job a job and not trying to loose it you can always resort to talking them when you have time.

I think that the benefit is the ease of not having to go to a classroom, it is more convenient.
