but i just had new brake pads and rotors put on

Your anti-lock braking system is on the fritz.
You need to take it to the dealer, or a brake shop,
and have them plug into your OBD computer and
they can diagnose the problem. It is probably the
controller module, which runs anywhere from $300-
$600 to replace.

b = brake
s = system

means theres an issue with your brakes.
better get them checked out.
probably just low on fluid

It's possible they knocked or left an ABS sensor off the wheel housing.

abs meens anti lock brakes...meaning one or more of your wheel sensors it defective and should be serviced
