Or do you just leave it bare for the next person? Don't you hate it when they have those double roll dispensers and you can't ever get the second roll to move over? What do you do if you can't find another roll to put on?

I make sure there is another roll, especially if it has the other dispenser. You just have to pull it forward to start it.

In a public restroom I don't. I don't work there so I don't have to change it. If you use the restroom after me, It's your bad if you don't check to see if there is enough tp.

I don't think that scenario has ever come up. I try to avoid public bathrooms generally.
