As far as I know the sale of Roo for a measly £20m had a number of conditions and payments related to silverware etc.
I believe EFC negotiated 25% of any monies made above £20m on waynes resale whilst under his initial 5 yr Man U contract.
What about contract renegotiations? Are we set to get a nice windfall from the alledged £80m 10 year deal he been offered?

we sold wayne for 24 million over a period of 3 years which would fluctuate between 24 and 30 million depending on appearences and silverware hopefully good old bill would have made some good clauses in the deal that were not made public just incase something like this happend, if he has not however he will have just dropped the biggest clanger since he bought gazza !!!!

No, they are only entitled to what was specified in the initial deal they don't get free money for the entire Man U career of wayne rooney

As far as I am aware, Everton would only get money if Man U sold Wayne Rooney on, and as that will not happen (until Fergie gets bored with him, i.e. Beckham, van Nistelrooy) NO MONEY!
