Above your toolbar are links that say "file, edit, view, favorites, tools, and help"

Click on the one for tools...

Then click on internet options...

Click on the tab that says "clear history"...

Click apply, and then ok.

History is now gone! Good luck!

When in your browser, click on Tools. There is a button that says "clear history". Also an option to decide how many days you want history to remain.

In Internet Explorer

click TOOLS
then INTERNET OPTIONS
in the GENERAL folder
click CLEAR HISTORY

also you can adjust the # of days pages are kept in history from here also.

I would also recommend you click DELETE COOKIES, and DELETE FILES to get rid of any images using existing space on your computer from the websites you are removing...This will wipe the slate clean.
