You need to both get tested. Make an appointment to find out if there is a biological issue. Position does not matter.

The quickest way is to make sure she has an orgasm at the same time as you ejaculate ... the uterus contracts up and down as it orgasms ... with that motion it will help the sperm get the job done ... make sure she's ovulating - about 10-14 days after her period ... after you're done stay inside of her until you go limp again ... have her sit on her back with her legs in the air for a few minutes ( not exact on how many - but I would say do it until you feel uncomfortable or don't want to do it anymore ) make sure you guys are having fun and not making it all about the " baby making " part ... sex is for fun if you're working too hard at it nature won't start it's course ... good luck ... if nothing happens for a few months why don't the both of you get checked out by the doctors ... !

Its not position, its timing. A woman is only fertile a few short days out of a long month. Also, if you are having too much sex, that could be a factor. The mans body can only 'reload' his fertile sperm every 48 hours. So, if your having lots of sex daily, you could be shooting 'blanks' I was never an expert on the days a woman can become pregant, based on where she is in her cycle, so you'll need to find that out. And when you do, make sure you're not too 'active' with her a few days prior to her fertile days and when those few precious days arrive for her, get busy.

It has more to do with the "time of month" than it does with position. She should make sure that she is ovulating, which generally happens about 14 days after her period. With alot of women, when they are ovulating they will have a thick, clear discharge.
Position-wise... when you are finished with intercourse, have her lay on her back with a pillow elevating her hips for a few minutes. Other than that, I don't think position will make a great deal of difference.

good positions are ones where the love juices stay inside her body. remain in laying down positions for a while after sex. also when the woman experiences orgasm her uterus moves in a way - -it 'dips' into the pool of fluids that has gathered inside her. so have her orgasm after you do.
if you're worried you could go have your fertility checked at the doctor's

First of all you should be married to have children first, and then if you use the position of prayer in this matter it will help. God is the one who grants the gift of the child to you so as long as God wants to bless you with a child He will. So prayer is the best way to start in hoping for a child.

All positions are fine. It has nothing to do with a position. As long as you get the semen into the vagina, the sperm will travel up into the fallopian tubes.
What matters: It's relative to whether or not she's ovulating. Unless she's charting her cycle there's no way for you to know whether or not she's ovulating...so for best results have sex often =)
People that say the sperm leak out are incorrect, they have flagellum - tails that propel them. The fluid you see leaking out is the viscous fluid. I assure you that any sperm still trapped in that aren't going to be your contest winners...

if you two are wanting to make the commitment of a child together why haven;t you made the commitment of marriage? Are you just not getting married for tax/welfare benefits? I would seriously re-consider having a child with this girl. God will give you a child when he sees fit to give you one.......maybe God is trying to tell you something............
