Finland and Ireland.

Tarja Halonen the 11th President of Finland. Her current term expires in 2012.

Mary Patricia McAleese - Ireland. Was re-elected, without contest, to another seven year term in 2004. (And a fine looking lass, I might add, perhaps why Clinton took such an interest in Ireland).

Vaira VÄ«Ä·e-Freiberga - Latvia. Took office in 1999 expires in 2007.
