I have a SanDisk m230 and trying to sync my music with Windows media player. I?

I originally downloaded songs from my home computer so the library held my songs. Now that I have to sync in order to listen again, I'm at work and all I see on Media player are my songs on the right side and nothing on the left. How can I sync my songs in order to listen?
