First he should practice how to relax his mind and body. He should either go to the gym or go jogging, anything to keep him in shape. He should eat more fruit, particularly bananas and do prepare him some okra. This vegetable has mucilaginous properties which if taken in soup form can enhance his sperm count. Do massage his back every now and then and stop him from eating fatty foods. A healthy diet also increases one's sexual drive. All this sweetheart is unscientific but worth a try.
Also try a love portion called Natural Sex. There is a portion for men and for women and it simply increases one's libido, desire and sensation. For further information regarding the above love portion e-mail Dashwood Direct or phone 08450956167 or better still just log on to: www.naturalsex.co.uk; or www.maca.co.uk; or www.nativeremedies.com

My husband has a low sperm count so you have my sympathy. To give you some hope (although admittedly not much). My husband had a child before he met me and before knowing he had a low count. The Drs can't give us any explainations as to whether things have changed or whether this has always been the case. They have also said that stranger things have happened than if he was to father another child. But, I think if you checked the odds they wouldn't be good and my husband has a relatively minor problem and not a case of having no sperm at all. The Drs also said there is nothing you can do that is proven to improve things. Sorry I can't say anything a bit more positive but there is always a small amount of hope.

i've heard that sperm counts can change occasionally (slightly, but with icsi thats all you need isnt it?) maybe ask about getting further tests done every now and then, any sperm found could be frozen until your ready for it then?
cant they give him anything to counteract the hormone production?
i met someone once who was trying chinese medicine, they were both prescribed different teas to drink daily, not sure how well it worked though.
we've had icsi, its a difficult thing to go through, keep your chin up, and your options open, best wishes.

my sister had to have iui (intra-uterine insemination),in which another mans sperm is used to fertilise the egg.they had been trying for a baby for 11yrs,then were told that he had a low sperm count.she had 3chances on the nhs,and fell pregnant the second time, they are now proud parents of a lovely 2yr old girl.sorry i cant recommend anything else, but maybe you could ask your doctor about this option,i know its not nice for your partner,as its not his own sperm, but if this is your only option, you both need to discuss it.my brother in law accepts the baby as his own.good luck.

I'm sorry but no. My husband and I have been trying for many years too. We knew that I had PCOS but my doctor wanted my hubby checked too. He said the minimum needed to impregnate a woman is 40,000,000. He said that if hubby only had below a million then there was no sense in going further with treatment because it wasn't going to happen. So, if your hubby doesn't have any I don't think there is anything that can be done to change that. I'm very sorry, I know that's not what you wanted to hear.

Like other people said, if he is involved in sexual activity or masturbating regularely, then it will eventually go clear. But if he doesn't then more sperm will be produced and it will be thick and white.

No sperm, no fertilisation. May need to get a sperm donor.
Shame for you as life does deliver some horrible kicks.
Good luck.
