me and my girlfriend are having sexual problems. our flame has basically burnt out. we love to kiss and hold each other but we have a hard time having sexual experiences with one another. does anyone have any suggestions to re-light the fire.???

Aha...so the flame is out?...only if you 2 let it be out. Try to look at your sexual involvements as adventures and take a diiferent approach to what you were doing before. Another thing to do is experiment with eachouther, do things that you haven't done before, provided your BOTH willing. And even the "usual" things you guys did, try them again with different twists. Get out the whipped cream, strawberries and wine. Add some music and a warm fire......then to to it...I guarantee + resluts....

I feel you. My sex life is bad too, its funny cause my insides can get wet when he fondles me, but when he sticks it in, I dry up like the sun, cause I keep thinking about all the bad stuff he has done to me in the past, he whines ,, dont you want me. Im like yeah, but I just can't focus on this right now. One time he bought me a lingerie outfit and some expensive perfume, well it was really good that night, but then it went right back to the same ol boring stuff. He doesn't make me feel good about myself and thats why the sex is no longer good... it used to be great, we used to have to change the sheets afterwards, but now we need lubricate to even bare it..sorry I didnt answer your question .. just wanted to let you know you are not alone

Any time we go into a relationship without God in it it will fall short of the great gift it is suppose to be. until sex is saved for marriage as God created it for you will never have the best. You are settling for less than you or her deserve with any other kind of love. Never expect much from second best.

try things that might be intresting to you and her...instead of doing it the way yall always have sex bring in a few games body paints food etc! if she isnt into all of that let her know its something u would just like to try once u never know she might end up liking a few things herself! also try doing it in diffrent places like the beach movies backyard under the stars! things like that! i hope my advice worked for u:)

Well for one thing sex is not everything. Dont depend on sex to bring u happiness. You need to ask her is there something bothering her and if there is then you need to work on that before you do anyhting else.
