see i think you may have a driver problem say youll have to check if your drivers are installed or not
you can do that with the following Instruction
1 right click on My Computers
2 Goto Properties
3 Hardware option
4 divice manager
5 check if your drivers for sound are available or not
if not then get them installed if yes then you have a sound card problem
you'll have to get help from a computer engineer

You see that little volume control icon on the bottom of your screen - right hand side? Right click on it and make sure that none of the "mute" boxes are checked and the volume control sliders are "up". Also, in the same window click on "speaker volume" and make sure those sliders are not set on "low".
