Bush, in a CNBC interview, said, "Well, I've been talking about a change in tactics ever since I — ever since we went in, because the role of the commander in chief is to say to our generals, `You adjust to the enemy on the battlefield.'" conference.

No offence, but if Bush is intelligent, then I am Tom Cruise. These days, you don't need great intelligence these days to be a leader of a country.
Big moves in all areas starting with House & Senate, followed by Iraq and then White House. Bush is now cringing and fearing his impending downfall especially when House& Senate is 99% in Dems bag..unless Dems screw up badly again. Remember other day, Bush mildly reprimanded his father....that just shows how worried he is about the humungous problems he will face in his remaining 2 lame years after Dems win House &Senate. His worst nightmare is when Dems have control of Congress, they may push to reprimand (or possibly impeach) him for screwups like Iraq War, wiretapping etc.

The election of Democrats to both houses would send an important message to the various factions in Iraq. Viz, it is time to s..t or get off the pot. The (mis)handling of the Iraq debacle is reason enough to vote the neocons out of office. Nothing that the public has been told about the situation remotely resembles the truth. We have lied about everything to the world and to ourselves. It is time for a change. It is really too bad that the public only now is seeing the war in Iraq for what it really is. Had Americans awoken 2 years ago to what should have been obvious then, we could have already brought our kids home.

Ah this is just another great example of the problem with the media in this country. They are actually reporting that Bush will no longer say stay the course. Who the F cares? No seriously why does it matter? Nothing will change, we arent pulling out and you know why. If you dont know why dont bother asking you will never get it anyway. There are problems all over this country and they choose to widely focus on Bush not saying stay the course. Great job!

the respond is to no longer locate NEW words to assert, yet to get rid of the old words that sound unintelligent. however the 2d you end doing it it makes a distinction: end saying Um, And And And, Like, and Uh. each and all the filler words sound unintelligent. yet in any different case to do it quite is to diminish out those words: pass stable large undesirable Mad unhappy Get Cool So very final element: You by no potential "actually" laughed your head off. in case you merely seize your self once you do it, quickly you will sound smarter.
