I just sent an email to someone that shouldnt have received it and I tried to recall it and I get a recall failure notice. Am I doing something wrong?

No, if you're getting that message, that means that they read it before you had a chance to recall it.

Nope, either you are on the same internal business network, and they have already viewed it, or it is on an outside server. You can not recall messages sent to a different server.
