Delete unwanted programs thro Add/Remove programs
Delete unwanted data from hard drive
Run disk cleanup

Also what size hard drive you got, might be easyier to upgrade.

run disk cleanup but be careful somtimes it will let you remove things you need to keep your pc running
also if there are programs you no longer use go to add\remove programs in your control panel and remove them
burn your docs,music,and pics to cd
get a bigger hard drive

defrag..... maybe. give it a whirl it cant hurt any.... go to the start menu, program, accessories, system tools...then you can choose disk defrag and you also might want to do the disk cleanup... hope it helps
