Go to your county law library. Unless you are familiar with looking up cases online you'll waste a lot of time. But http://www.findlaw.com/# and http://www.lexisone.com have a lot of free stuff. There are also state-specific sites, but you haven't said which state you want.

Westlaw or Lexis if you want to pay a fee otherwise try using Google which will pull links (probably to Lexis, Westlaw and findlaw)
