It depends on city ordinance. In my town, it's illegal for a woman to use the mens room at our sports arena, even if she's desperate and there are no men using that room and a line of women 30 deep at the ladies. If caught, she is subject to arrest, court and a fine.

No - I accidentally walked into the mens restroom when I was in college in Wal-Mart, but I had to go so badly that I didn't care. I just walked out like it was no big deal - all the guys were staring at me like I was a psycho!

not sure if it is illegal but pretty darn funny. i rememeber going out drinking one time and afterwards going to dennys. I walked into the mens room while the guy I had been flirting with all night was peeing and popped a squat in one of the stalls.
ps mens rooms are alot cleaner than womens rooms.
hahaha

Depends on what is your goal. Is it to peep on the women? Then the peeping part is illegal... But if you just walk into a woman's restroom with your eyes "totally closed; no peeking okay?" then you are home free..... jajajajaja

Not at all. In many countries, like France, and even some places in the USA, there are unisex restrooms.

No, just bad etiquette I think. I've seen people do it. Well, I've seen women use the men's restroom. Women freak if men come near the women's restroom.

to be honest I don't know, I think it is more of a taboo than illegal. it goes against the social norm. more based on a respect for privacy than any law.
