he hasnt done anything for me to be jealous of but for some reason i always think he's cheating on me what can i do to be more layed back towards him? please no dumb comments just leave your best advice thanks:)

try to observe him with other girls. watch how he's different with you. you MUST try to trust him unless he proves otherwise. just admitting to him that you sometimes get jealous may help, but dont be offensive. hang out with guys/girls of different ages and try to get more comfortable. could you be jealous of him because you know he cant trust you, so you wont trust him?

hey I am like that too haha it is quite difficult to trust a guy, whether from your direct or indirect experience.
What you might already know is he probly gets annoyed or frustrated by it, so when u get in the jealousy mode just try to cool down and let him breath. You wouldn't be asking this if you didn't care about him or if you didn't realize you have an issue. So this is a good start.
If you really need to check up on him or say things like "have u been cheating on me?" like I say :p hehe just say something like well I got a good-looking bf, if you were ugly I wouldn't be worried. Ok, hope it helps? Good luck!

I was exactly like you, but with time, I realised how wrong I was to feel jealous. ok, I will always be a little bit jealous sometimes (due to my own insecurities) but I try to keep it quiet.
At the end of the day, you have to realise, but truely realise, that he loves YOU, that he wants to be with YOU and that you are very important to him.
You should also try to talk to him about that. You may be surprised at how much support he could give you. It is a hard battle to stop being jealous, but you can overcome it, trust me.

Jealousy is about you unless he has cheated and you know it... you need to see someone about your insecurity issues. This is a symptom of your own social adjustment. Its like a cold, you dont have a runny nose you have a virus and the runny nose is a sypmtom of it like the jealousy. If you continue to fight it with out real help its a losing battle. If you dont believe me go to your local bookstore and read up on it.

If you are sure that he is not cheating and that it is just your vivid imagination then you are just going to have to control it. You may want to consider a counselor who can help you understand why you feel this way. It will be the best thing you ever do for yourself an your relationship

Girl, I am the same way, and its because I am insecure because of past relationships, and i know it just seems to good to be true if he's not doing anything, when you think he's doing something, give him a text message and be like what cha doin love or just think about what you're getting upset about

if he is really not doing anything that would make u feel jealous, then its good that u have realized that u r being jealous unnecessarily.
Try using the self-talk n stop method, u also need to analyze your thoughts and behavior.

i was just like you .you must learn to base your relationship on trust and when there is trust there wouldnt be a need tobe jealouse anymore try and do away with it , cos it brings a lot of problems in a relationship. all the best

i ahve the samethink wat my bf too. u ahve to let it go. u can never go on wit your day wit out knowing where is at and what ahve he been doin so i got a cell phone 4 the both of us so ican all was call him to c what he was doin and if he dont answer the phone i gooo crazy and that runny him a away for eva he dont call me and never came to c his baby and i wish that i never i run him a away his was as real as can be so gurl dont run him a away if u think that hes donin bad u dont have to be wit him someone out they 4 evabody

everybody is jealous I'm sure he is as well.it's just you knowing that you really care about him. just try not to think about it. know that he is yours and no one else and if he goes out know that he is coming home to you.
