I have a news tip that involves the Michigan Attorney General and his office's fraudulent initiation of a criminal felony case where an innocent man was wrongfully convicted, jailed for 40 days, lost a $240,000 a year job and now the Attorney General has filed a motion in the Michigan Court of Appeals where he has "Confessed Error". The Court of Appeals will not allow the AG to get the dismissal of the case as he sought. What now of the innocent victim who is facing eviction, disconnection of utilities and other issues as a result of this atroicous violation of his rights?
