You should wear a condom when you have anal sex because naturally occuring bacteria present in her rectum COULD give you an infection. Also if you want to switch back to vaginal sex after anal you could transfer the bad bacteria from her rectum to her vagina giving her a bad infection as well. If you have a condom on you can simply pull it off after anal and move safely to vaginal intercourse without having to "break the mood" by running to the bathroom to clean your self.

You do not have to use a condom if you are sure neither of you have a sexually transmitted disease. Having any type of sex will not CREATE a sexually transmitted disease. It sounds like the only reason you would need to use a condom would be to prevent pregnancy.

It wouldn't "create" a sexually transmitted disease, but it should still be used. There is mechanical trauma, or tissue damage because the rectum isn't like the vagina, meaning it doesn't continue to secrete it's own lubricant, and the dryness and friction can cause tears.
In addition, if you pull out, and go back into her vagina, then you will introduce the rectal bacteria, (e. coli) to her vaginal flora and cause bacterial vaginosis. Which will bring about odor, abnormal discharge, and can be quite irritating.
Condoms are just the safest bet overall. Because although you don't HAVE a disease, INTRODUCING bacteria from one area to another CAN cause disease because that bacteria isn't normally found there, and will interfere with the vagina's normal bacteria and functioning.
I know this because I am a nurse.

You cannot create a disease. Anal sex increases the chances of transmitting a blood born disease such as hiv, that is all. If neither of you have hiv or any other sexually transmitted disease then go for it. It is much better without a condom.

If niether of you have any sexually transmitted diseases, you are not going to "create" one just by having anal sex. However, if you do try it, you have to make sure that you don't have vaginal sex with her again until you wash yourself, because that can cause her to have a bladder infection or worse.

If you've both been tested already and know that you're both negative for any diseases and haven't been with anyone else, then I dont believe there would be a problem. Just don't stick it up the v@gina after an@l.

You may not be able to pick up a "sexually transmitted disease" with your one and only, but there are other diseases that are not classified as "STD" that you may pick up
