Your wireless router is creating the network not the PC. Yes an Apple could use the same wireless router that your PC is using.

Depending if your router is using WPA or WEP encryption. You might have to take certain steps. Check these links for more info on joining a WEP network

The short answer is yes. All you need is a wireless NIC card for the Apple. Your wireless router can send the signal to the Apple, no problem. Of course, if you're trying to set up a true home network to share files, etc. linking a Mac to a PC takes a few more steps. But, if all you're talking about is internet access... no problem.

as antrinion says as long as you have a nic (or airport in mac)card you can get internet setting up networking between the 2 is more difficult tho

it is possiblle but it might take some working im not familiar with the apple network but it may just be able to pick it up ... sorry i cant be of much help :(
