got paid yesterday and had to pay bills
everyone of the "utilities" i had to pay had some underline charge and a song and a dance...
now the utilities companies make me feel violated all the time!

Until all utility companies go the way of "the phone company" (de-regulation) each and every one of us is going to be screwed by them. When the day comes that you can truly pick your provider (whatever the service may be) that is when you will begin to see some competitive pricing and (shocker!) maybe even some (dare I dream??) customer service.

Of course they are. The one that really gets my goat is the Cable company. I pay over $50 a month for basic service and that does not include premium channels.

I don't know. My husband pays all the bills and they are on autopay, so we never really look at them.
