We are about to leave daylight savings time and go back to standard time. Chsanging the clock for DAylight Savings occur in the spring, when you set clock forward.

In the spring we set it forward and that marks the beginning of daylight savings time. In the fall we set it forward marking the end.

It's both.. In like april or what ever month it starts you set your clock foward and when it ends in October you go back an hour!
