How much money do you have left over to spend?????

once all the bills are paid.....does that include food, cigs, all the money that you have to keep paying for school stuff, and all that type of stuff????? then nothing.....after all of that i have nothing left over so i can have a life or to do things outside of my house to do with my children. My kids's best memories have been because of their friends taking them places!!! I often feel like the worst mother in the world cause even though i work all week i still cannot afford to do things with them!!! :(

The older I get and the more I make, the less I have left over. If I paid all my bills in entirety, I'd be in the whole after each pay check.

by far not enough. have large credit card bill due to this and now need to find a job that pays more so i can afford to live. i dont go out and buy expensive stuff or stuff i dont need. i buy food and only go out once a week (i couldnt not, im too social. only once a week is killing me). i dont go out and buy loads of clothes that i cant afford - yes i spend alot on my jeans but dont buy them very often. so yeah, not enough.

take 10% and pay yourself first, into savings. then if you pay all the bills and have nothing left you know you are over extended and need to consolidate.

That depends directly on how much you make, and how much your bills are, everyone is different try getting by on social security!
