callcosts.ie details price plans available by mobile operators in Ireland. Doesn't go into specific functionality but if you go into a store the sales person will be able to help with functionality. Watch out though they are good sales people. Be firm and you'll get what you want. Also ask for a discount on whatever is offered if your getting a bill phone, you should be able to wrangle a tenner
