As an adult, I find The Addams Family full of original, hilarious material. It has lots of sly satire on conventionality and stereotypes. It also has lots of macabre stuff.
The Munsters is more of a freakshow: you laugh at the funny-looking people. His big feet make a loud noise ! Haha! That's all it is.
For me the Addams Family is funny, while the Munsters is unwatchable. But humor is always a matter of individual taste.
By the way - we are talking about the Addams Family B&W TV show, NOT the Addams Family TV cartoon series. Nor, for that matter, the Charles Addams cartoons themselves.

Munsters! Herman was hilarious, and Grandpa was funny in a charming way. I thought the Addams Family was just a little too much "dark humor" for me. Never did like Wednesday's character, and its no coincidence that she grew up and married a major pornography producer.

My favorite is "The Munsters".
Years ago (back in 1971) I went to Universal Studios in California with my parents and we saw the actual house (yes, it really was a complete house) that "The Munsters" was filmed in. Co-incidently, the house right next door to the Munster house was Marcus Welby, M.D.'s house.
