Is there a place where you can get reviews of companys from a workers perspective? Like a job review board or blog? I would liek to research the company thoroughly before I accept an offer. I want to make sure this is the place I want to work. I would also LOVE to leave a review about my past place of employment.

Many large companies has employee organized online communities/groups. If you are researching for large companies, then check out Yahoo Groups, Google Groups, Angelfire, GeoCities, AOL Hometown, Tripod, TopCities, LinkedIn.
You may also find valuable information on Wilipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/ )

Use keyword search in Google.com (or other search engines) to find others resources. For example, use combination of the company name, and keywords (employee, survey, community, association, group, blog etc).
