Who are the only 2 players to win world series in high school, college, mlb, and gold medal in olympics?

The only one I know is Ed Sprague, who won gold in 1988 and a World Series with the Blue Jays. Sprague also won a high school championship before winning the College World Series at Stanford.
Pat Borders came close, but never played college baseball. Varitek also came close, but his team lost the NCAA championship game.

I know Jason Varitek played in each level's championship, even Little League. He only won High School and MLB though. I'll have more later.
