I use it everynow and then but now it has a kind of unpleasant taste, not that much, but I've tried boiling it and some of the tar comes out but not all of it. Do you know any specific cleaning product or something that might help? I live outside the US so try international brands please.

Rubbing alcohol, q-tips, a lighter, and a paper clip. Use the lighter and paper clip to heat the "tar" up and scrape it out. When you've gotten most of that gunk out, use the rubbing alcohol and q-tips to wipe it clean. Most of these items can be found around the house or can be purchased for very little cost.

Boiling won't work too well because water can't get to a high enough temperature to disolve the tar.

DO NOT USE HEAT TO CLEAN IT!!!

if you heat it up, and then put any kind of cool liquid on it, the rapid temperature change will cause the glass to crack and shatter. i clean both my water-pipe and small pipe every week, and this is my method:

for a small pipe, fill a plastic ziplock with a couple inches of rubbing alcohol (just enough for the pipe to be submergred when in the bag). add a couple spoons of salt. now, drop your pipe in the bag and shake for AT LEAST 5 minutes. then, remove the pipe from the bag. dip a q-tip in rubbing alcohol, and swab all the tar/resin. it should wipe away very easily. rinse it with water, and repeat the process. it will come out beautifully.

Some smoke shops sell products that are made specifically for cleaning pipes but I've always found that Simple Green does the job very well.

Being made in God's image has no longer something to do with the way we glance. God isn't a guy as a result God can not look like a guy. God is a spirit. Spirits do no longer want air to stay alive. God is a male yet no longer a guy by way of fact he's not someone (no guy has ever seen God at each time). A male lion can not be referred to as a guy by way of fact he's not someone. To be made in God's image potential people have been created with potential to worship on an identical time as animals weren't.

How come all you potheads are so into cleaning? Just buy another one, you can get them on the indoor market for about 3 quid. Where do you live, I'll send you one.
Man, I thought pot was supposed to demotivate you - turns out you're all a bunch of Kim and Aggies.

My friends and I have been cleaning our pipes for years we have found that if you fill a container with rubbing alcohol and shake with your pipe in it and then use a paperclip to scrape it clean your pipe could almost look brand spankin new again!! Good Luck!! Oh and you might have to refill w/ rubbing alcohol a few times it gets really dirty~

I have friends that use a product called Greased Lightning. It is a solvent of some sort. Also Simple Green works well too. Be sure to rinse it well afterwords.

Well you can scrap as much as you can out of your pipe before you boil your pipe in water, or you can go to your local head shop and get a pipe cleaner solution.

now my question is since you got it that resinated why do you wanna get rid of the pretty colors

I can't believe some people don't know what you're talking about. Go with the head shop idea, they have more experience.
