If he lives in Pima County go to www.cosc.co.pima.az.us. Do a records search, go to Agave and type in your last name. If there is a case filed here it should come up.

He is required to serve process on you and you will have 30 days to respond to the Petition.

If you need a referral to an attorney, contact Lawyers Referral Service at (520)623-4625.

You're kidding about filing a complaint, right? Darling once you "signed" the affidavit (papers) and got them notarized, you basically said the statements on these documents are "true to the best of my knowledge". You might stand half a chance after spending lots of money if you find a specialist divorce lawyer willing to appeal under the duress statue if it's allowed in Arizona. Best get off your duff and start finding a lawyer. Otherwise, you put the rope around your neck, now swing with the breeze. Next time DON'T sign anything that you know is not 100% true or correct. Didn't your Mama teach you that?

You need to get in touch with the Chancery Clerk's office there. If there courts are like the courts here in Mississippi, it would be filed with the Chancery Clerk's office. Good luck

Ouch! Sorry about your situation. Unfortunately you cannot find out until you are served papers, so get on it and divorce him, ASAP. You and your children do not deserve to go through this abuse (emotional), stay strong!

Ask him to prove it to you, or call the county courthouse that he supposedly filed in and ask them, or go to their website and look it up. Either way, if he hasn't you should. Dump this loser who would say that to his wife just to get a reaction.....where in ID are you? I was in Pocatello area.... Good luck, honey!
