How many processors does Windows Server 2000 support?

A friend of mine is trying to figure out if he can run Server 2000 on a 4 processor machine or if he needs to get Advanced Server.

The Standard version supports 1 or 2 CPUs. Advanced supports up to 4. Datacenter supports up to 8. Datacenter is only available through MS certified channel partners with qualifying hardware.

It can support up to 8 processors.
