1 do you know that according to us legislation anyone who is an adult in is home country can drink alcohol in the us
for eg a 18 years old french or uk or spanish.. has legaly the right to drink alcohol.
but would he or she be served in a bar club... ?

absolutely not the legal age to drink in the us is 21 so any bar serving any one younger then that is breaking the law. doesn't matter what the age of consent is in their home country.
