in pokemon emerald how do you get in the 3 regi caves?

how do you get in the 3 regi caves i no where they are and i have relicanth but i can't for some reason i cant get in the cave or i mgiht be doing something wrong because im at regi steel at moment so do you no a way to get in it?? who ever gives me most info will be reward most points. thanks

Ok, since you have a Relicanth and a Wailord, you can open the paths to the Regis. Firstly, go to route 134. If you search the bottom part of the route, you will eventually find a place where you can dive. It may take a while to find. Once there, dive down and follow the passage. At the end, you will find a block with some braille. Stand right in fron tof the braille and then surface. If you've done it right, you will find yourself in the sealed chamber. Go to the far end and then have any of your pokémon use Dig. A new path will then open. Follow it into a new room. Now pace Relicanth in the first slot of your party and Wailord in the sixth slot. Then read the braille at the very end of the room. This should cause the caves where the Regi's sleep to open, but it's not over yet.

Regirock
Regirock is found in the cave at the southern most tip of the desert. Once inside, read the braille in the room. From the centre of the Braille wall, go two steps left, two steps down and then use Rock smash. This should open the door to Regirock. Save before you fight it. It is at level 40.

Hints: Regirock has very high physical defence. Pick on the special defence to weaken it but avoid super effective hits as you might KO it by accident. A good status attack such as Spore, Hypnosis or Thunder Wave will also help you out.

Regice
Regice is found in route 105. There is a cave on the left hand side. Once inside the cave, read the braille again. This time, from the centre of the Braille wall, do a clockwise lap around the cave, hugging the wall constantly. If you do this correctly, the door to Regice will open. Again, save before you fight it. Like regirock, it is at level 40

Hints: While Regirock had high Defence, Regice has high Special Defence. hit it will physical attacks. Avoid Rock, fighting or steel, as you'll likely KO it. A good status attack such as Spore, Hypnosis or Thunder Wave will also help you out.

Registeel
Registeel is found on route 120. Once you've found his cave, read the braille again. After reading the braille, go to the centre of the room and use Flash. This will trigger the door to Registeel to open. Again, save before fighting it. Again, it is at level 40.

Hints: Both Registeel's Defences are about equal and the same. It will be a lengthy battle. You may need to use haze if it starts to curse. Being a steel type, it has numerous resistances. Try using moves of the electric and water type, since Steel types don't resist them,but are not weak to them either. A good status attack such as Spore, Hypnosis or Thunder Wave will also help you out.

not only do u need a relicanth but u need a wailord also. so i suggest try it all over with wailord/
