I am pregnant with my first baby girl (I have 2 boys) and after MONTHS upon MONTHS of going through names, We have finally decided on this one...Now I'm starting to question if maybe it's not TOO unique and unusual..
Lexandriah Danity Dream, Not only do I like the name Lexandriah, But- It has many options with it, She could choose to be called Lexi, Andriah or, I have decided I am going to call her Andi..
Was just wondering what other peoples opinions were! :-)
Thanks bunches!

To the person that asked if 'Dream' was her last name, No, It's a 2nd middle name.
My 2 boys, Have what I feel are somewhat 'common' names, Very boy'ish, But very common, I wanted her to have a super girly name as well as a 'unique' one..
The boys-
Antonio Juan -8 years old (named after his father, Juan Antonio)
Gage Isaiah Hinton- 18 months old (Hinton, Is his great grandfathers middle name)

Sounds like a nice name. You want your childs name to be special and not like anyone elses. Great choice and Congrats on your new baby girl!

If you have to ask if the name is "too weird" then chances are it is!
I don't like made-up names, and I don't like the name Lexandriah. Sounds like a car or a town or something. I do like the name Lexi or Andrea or even Alexandria (although I used to live in a town called Alexandria). As for Danity and Dream, I definitely don't like either of those names, either.
Research shows that people are judged by their names in school and on job applications by employers. So I would be careful before saddling your child with a made-up name that might subject her to prejuidice.

I LOVE Lexandriah! The rest of it, not so much. Maybe pairing Lexandriah with something a little less modern and flashy. Perhaps something like these:
Lexandriah Renee
Lexandriah Rae
Lexandriah Marie
Lexandriah Star (a little flashy, but is very popular)
I'm not sure if you like those, but that's just my opinion. I love unique and unusual names, but I try to pair them with more modern and popular names so there is a wonderful contrast! I love the rest of the names you chose, though. I'm sure it would work out great if you named your first girl that, as well!
Good luck with the new addition to the family!

Hmm. It's up to you, but keep in mind that most schools make the kid spell out thier ENTIRE first and middle name when they are learning letters and cursive writing. Also, every new school year the teacher will call out her full name on the roll. If you have any suspicions that she might get teased (especially in high school) you might want to go with something a little easier to digest, but just as girly. Good luck, I know name hunting is one of the hardest parts.

I think the name Lexandriah sounds okay.....but Danity Dream messes everything up in that name. Why 2 middle names?? Her first name would be long enough and then imagine adding the last name....I think its too much, just stick to the 1st name, Danity as the middle name (and then her last name).

Personally I think Lexandriah is going to be a little tough for the kid to spell in kindergarten. Plus, she is going to be re-spelling it and teaching others how to spell/say it for the rest of her life.
Alexandria is very close, sounds almost the same, has the same nicknames and is what people are going to think she is saying when she says "Lexandriah" anyways...so why not use that?
Danity is also very unusual...Three unusual names together can be tricky for a kid.
It is your child and you have to do the labor thing, so you really get to choose whatever makes you happy, but also keep in mind that she'll have to live with what you choose.
Best wishes for a healthy pregnancy and delivery.

It's a little weird, but the nickname options for it are really nice.
I question the choice of "Danity Dream" more than Lexandriah. That's just ridiculous. Choose something else for the middle name...like maybe Hope or Faith.

The first name is pretty, but the rest is too much. Is Dream the last name or part of the middle name. You also have to consider what it will sound like when she's an adult and again at maybe 80.

If you want to call her Andi, just name her Andi. Yes I believe you are saddling her with a mouthful. Imagine a 4 year old sitting down and having to write that out in Pre K

A little long..but could be cute. Remember, she will be stuck with this name for the rest of her life and have to bare the brunt of any teasing that may occur with such an unusual name. What we think is cute and odd can turn into a nightmare for our children.
Congrats on your child's upcoming birth!!
