Assuming logic can become flawed (contradict itself) and that logic is the the systematic process behind philosophy. Also assuming that philosophy is what is behind everything in the world. What are we following? Aren't we contradicting our very own existence? What are we really searching for in a quest that contradicts itself? Why ask why?

Philosophy , to me , is the experience of a man with a partial vision, sitting infront of the classical five blind men who are describing an elephant by their touch. I am listening to each one of them and i am applying my logic to picturise what they are describing. By the time I arrive at the final conclusion that it is an elephant, I had already judged it variuosly as a mountain , a hippo, a rubber hose ...

There is no contradiction at all. A thing is contradictory only if the the object in the mind is different from the real object. In this case there is no complete picture of the object. It is just forming, stage by stage.

Logic isn't wrong unless someone or something discovered contradicted what we thought was right. We are not divine beigns that know everything, therefore we must use logic as a tool for our daily lives.

Kinda makes you think that Bob Dylan's song: "Everyone must get stoned" isn't a mere suggestion... it should be mandatory before discussing Philosophy..

The possibility that we're radically deceived doesn't phaze me at all... Surely the minutest, unsubstantiated possible doesn't entail reality.
