Usually the bigger holidays - Halloween (for the lil ones), Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve and Day, Valentines Day, Easter, 4th Of July.
Observe / Recognize
Labor Day, Memorial Day, Mother's and Father's Day, M. Luther King Day, (I probably have forgotten one or two that I observe / recognize, but those are what come to mind at the moment)
