for ur blue eyes use brown eyeshadows to make ur eyecolor pop. the apply dark brown eyeliner and a soft black mascara.
use a pink blush and a pink, cherry or brown lipgloss depending on which u like.

Eye shadow colors that work best for blue eyes and really make them pop are rust colors. Anything with a reddish tint to it. If you go darker with your eyeshadow go with a paler lipcolor, like a neutral shade.

i like bare minerals for foundation, as for eye colors go for greens, golds, and whitish shades, they make my blue eyes pop (and i have brown hair too)
