I play the game a little but what are some ways i can get better?

i would say just practice a lot....throwing granades, conserving bullets, try and not do a lot of pray and spraying...also by playing a lot of one map can get you good becuase then you know where all the ins and outs are and also all the hiding places....my socom name is Shischkabob add me and i can show you while playing the game
