why dont you call your net service provider? not you're paying them for that?

You could be connecting to the wireless router, but not connecting outside the router, click start run type in command, at the command prompt type in ipconfig that will give you some ip info..

then try typing in tracert yahoo.com

this shoulud trace a route to yahoo.com, if it doesn't then you do not have a actual internet connection. If this is the case, re post with more details, what kind of internet connection, router, etc. more details = better.

Do check your router connection to the internet.
Your wireless adaptor will still be connected to the router eventhough your router isn't connected to the internet.
