Depends on how you want to change the settings. Go to start-control panel and go to REGIONAL SETTINGS. click on that and on the tab that says languages click there. Then click on to details, this will bring you to the language configuration your keyboard is set to, just change the desired setting setting by clicking on ADD and if you want you can delete the actual setting . when finished make sure that you APPLY first then OK when all closed you should see on you task bar the language you have set it to.

go to contol panel then go to printersand other hardware click on keyboard and change your settings and there ya go
