Grow and develope into an accomplished, educated, skilled person yourself until you get to the point in your life where you couldn't care less which celebrities are which, who's sleeping with who, who lives in what mansion or even what tv star is on what tv show.
In other words, fill your own life to the point that you don't feel the need to live through the lives of celebrities and by then perhaps that tv star will be asking someone how to get you to notice him.

Go to an Movie Premier or any major event and do not wear any clothes. That should be an eye catcher for everybody. Plus you may become famous for a minute.
